TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEETBOOKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fleetbooks from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
